What We Build

What goes into your Irrigation system

Most irrigation contractors get a site that looks fine and books nothing. Here's what we build instead — tuned to seasonal install and repair demand and the way the work actually gets won.

A "irrigation install" search landing on a matching Irrigation page and turning into booked estimates

Built for intent

Built around "irrigation install"

When a homeowner searches "irrigation install" near you, your site has about three seconds to earn the call. We lead with the job and the city, keep tap-to-call and a short quote form above the fold, and turn that click into booked estimates.

Irrigation marketing built around each service line

Built for your service lines

One path per service line

Irrigation work splits across install, repair, winterization, and smart controllers — and they don't convert the same way. We build a dedicated page and ad path for each, so irrigation contractors stop losing intent-matched traffic to a single catch-all page.

Trust signals on a Irrigation contractor site

Built to earn trust

Proof that wins the call

Licensed and manufacturer-certified, real photos of local jobs, and honest reviews are what get a homeowner to pick you. Stock photos never do. Every call and form lands in one dashboard, so you can see which ones turned into paid work — backed by our 90-day performance guarantee.

The Full Program

What Goes Into Filling an Irrigation Season

Irrigation is two businesses wearing one uniform. There is the install side, where a homeowner is buying an irrigation system for the first time and comparing three quotes, and the service side, where the same system needs starting up, adjusting and shutting down every year for the next twenty.

Most irrigation contractors market only the first and let the second happen by accident. That is backwards — the service side is where predictable revenue lives, and every install you have ever done is a customer you already own.

The cards below cover both. Getting found for new install work, converting it without wasting a site visit, and turning each of those irrigation systems into an annual agreement that renews itself.

Two spikes, one long quiet middle

Irrigation demand is not a curve, it is two peaks. Searches climb hard through March and April as systems wake up, go quiet through midsummer, then spike again in October as everyone remembers the autumn blowout. Budget spread evenly across the year is mostly wasted. We front-load the search work into winter so the pages rank before startup, then concentrate paid spend into the eight or nine weeks that actually produce.

Maintenance agreements beat one-off calls

A single startup visit is worth one invoice. The same customer on a startup-and-blowout agreement is worth a decade of predictable irrigation work and costs nothing more to acquire. Most irrigation services are sold one visit at a time because the website never offers anything else. Putting an agreement in front of every customer at the point of booking is the highest-return change available in this trade.

The irrigation searches that convert

They split cleanly. "Sprinkler repair near me" and "irrigation startup" are booking-ready and cheap. "How much does an irrigation system cost" is a buyer months out, worth capturing with honest price guidance. "How to blow out sprinklers yourself" is somebody who will never hire you, and a surprising share of budget in this trade gets spent reaching them.

Pages for each irrigation service

Split irrigation installation from repair, startup, seasonal shutdown, backflow testing, controller upgrades and drip irrigation. A single services page ranks for none of them, and each is a different customer at a different price. This is slow, cheap work that compounds, and in a trade where competitors write one page and stop it is often enough on its own.

Backflow testing is an annual hook

In most jurisdictions backflow testing is a legal requirement on an irrigation system, which makes it the one appointment a customer cannot skip. Almost no irrigation contractor markets it deliberately. Owning that search, and using the visit to review the whole system, is the cheapest route into a maintenance relationship there is.

Publish real numbers

The first question is what an irrigation system costs and the standard answer is a contact form. Honest bands by yard size and zone count filter out the browsers and earn trust from the buyers. You will field fewer calls and convert far more of them, and you will stop losing Saturdays to quotes that were never going to close.

Your Google Business Profile carries spring

When a system fails to start, people search on a phone in the garden and call whoever appears first with credible ratings. The listing does more work in those weeks than the website does. Your Google Business Profile wants categories set correctly, irrigation services listed in full, photos added through the season, and questions answered before anyone asks.

Reviews decide the map result

Between three irrigation companies in the map pack, customers pick on ratings and recency almost every time. Reviews are also the cheapest asset in this trade to build, because you are already servicing the same irrigation systems twice a year — ask at the blowout, when the system has just worked all summer. Steady recent reviews outperform any advertising budget at this ticket size.

Route density is the real margin

Two irrigation contractors with identical revenue can have completely different profit, because one spends the day driving and the other works a street at a time. Where you bid, which towns the pages target, and whether you market to the neighbours of systems you already service — all of that decides the route long before the van leaves the yard.

Commercial irrigation is a different sale

Commercial irrigation runs on contracts, property managers and scheduled service rather than homeowner urgency, and it wants its own page, its own proof and its own language. Mixing it into a residential site does neither job well. If commercial is a real share of your revenue it deserves separating out.

Digital marketing you can actually measure

Every call and form tied back to the campaign and the search that produced it. Digital marketing in a two-season trade cannot be judged month to month — April will always beat July. Everything gets measured against the same period last year and against cost per booked visit. Without call tracking most of it is invisible, because at this ticket the customer rings.

Content marketing that answers real questions

Not filler. What a zone actually costs to add. Why a head is misting. What happens if you skip a blowout. Content marketing in this trade is mostly writing down the answers you already give on the phone twenty times a spring, and it ranks for years afterwards because nobody else bothers. Content marketing is the cheapest asset in this trade.

The website has one job

Load fast on a phone, say which services you do, show the number, and make booking a startup take under a minute. Web design in this trade is not an art project — it is removing every step between a homeowner standing over a broken head and a booked visit. Most sites in this trade fail on speed alone.

You own all of it

The website, the analytics, the advertising accounts, the listing, the phone numbers and the customer list. In your name, on your billing, and yours to keep if you leave — including the ranking history, which is the part that compounds season after season.

What we will tell you not to do

Do not spend evenly across the year. Do not pay premium click prices for one-off repairs with no agreement behind them. Do not chase towns outside your route because the clicks look cheap. And do not pay anybody a percentage of your spend — it rewards them for talking you into more of it.

Questions irrigation owners ask

How fast does this produce work?
Paid search produces calls the week it launches, and in early spring it produces them immediately because every homeowner in the county is thinking about their system at once. Organic visibility takes a season. The irrigation contractors who do best set the search work up over winter so the pages are ranking before the startup rush begins.
What does it cost?
A flat monthly fee, quoted before you commit, covering the site, the search work, the profile and campaign management. We never take a percentage of your advertising budget.
Our work is two short seasons. Does that break the model?
It changes the pacing, not the plan. Irrigation services spike at spring startup and again at the autumn shutdown, with a long quiet middle. Spending evenly across the year wastes money in July and leaves you under-bid in April. We hold a floor through the quiet stretch and concentrate the budget into the weeks that actually pay.
Can you help us sell maintenance agreements?
That is usually the biggest single improvement available. A one-off repair is worth one invoice; the same customer on a startup-and-shutdown agreement is worth years of predictable work at no further acquisition cost. Most irrigation websites do not offer one anywhere on the site.
Who owns the accounts?
You do. The site, the analytics, the advertising accounts, the profile and the phone numbers are all in your name, and you keep every one of them if you leave.
