Our text program, in plain terms.

Figgle Media LLC (“Figgle Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates an SMS/text-message program for people who contact us and opt in. These SMS Terms govern that program and are in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Through this program we send text messages only to individuals who have provided their mobile number to us and given express consent. Messages may include replies to your inquiry, your free plan, scheduling and appointment details, account and service updates, and — where you have agreed — related marketing and promotional offers from Figgle Media.

This is a first-party program: we text our own prospects and clients about Figgle Media’s services. We do not text on behalf of third parties, we do not sell or share consumer leads, and we do not engage in affiliate marketing.

You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on one of our website forms (for example, the contact or free-plan form) with your mobile number, or by otherwise expressly agreeing to receive texts from us. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You may receive messages in response to your inquiry and, if you opted in to marketing, periodic offers and updates.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Figgle Media does not charge for the messages, but your carrier’s standard rates apply. Check with your carrier for details.

You can cancel the SMS program at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts. You may continue to receive messages for a short period while we process your request. To rejoin, opt in again as described above.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.

Figgle Media does not share, sell, rent, or lease consumer personal information (including mobile phone numbers) to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or lead generation purposes. No mobile information or SMS opt-in consent will be shared with any third parties. We share your number only with the messaging/telephone providers that help us deliver the messages you requested. We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date above.
