Figgle Media LLC (“Figgle Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates figglemedia.com (the “Site”) and provides web design, SEO, and advertising services for contractors. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the Site or contacting us, you agree to this policy.

We collect information in two ways: what you give us, and what’s collected automatically when you use the Site.

Information you provide

• Your name and business/company name
• Email address and phone number
• ZIP code, service area, and trade
• The message, service interests, and any details you submit through our forms
• Anything you share with us by phone, text, email, or live chat

Information collected automatically

• IP address, device type, and browser
• Pages viewed, time on site, clicks, and scrolling
• Referring URLs and the search terms that brought you here
• Approximate location derived from your IP address
• Cookie and device identifiers
• Session recordings and heatmaps (via Microsoft Clarity) that capture on-page interactions

We and our providers use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to run the Site, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and improve our marketing. The main tools we use are:

• Google Analytics 4 — site traffic and usage measurement
• Google Ads — conversion tracking and advertising
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — advertising and measurement
• Microsoft Clarity — session replay and heatmaps
• Crisp — live chat on the Site
• Our own lead-tracking script — to attribute form submissions to the page and source they came from

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the Site work.

• Respond to your inquiry and build your free growth plan
• Provide, deliver, and improve our services
• Operate, secure, debug, and improve the Site
• Measure and improve our marketing and advertising
• Communicate with you about your request (we don’t add you to recurring email lists without your consent)

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed to do the work:

• Google — Analytics, Ads, and Apps Script/Google Sheets, where form submissions are recorded
• Meta — advertising and measurement
• Microsoft — Clarity analytics
• Crisp — live chat
• Automation & notification tools (e.g., Make and Twilio) — used to alert our team to a new lead
• Email and hosting providers — to operate the Site and reply to you

We may also disclose information to comply with the law or a valid legal request, to protect our rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

If you give us your mobile number and opt in, Figgle Media may send you text messages (SMS/MMS) about your inquiry, your free plan, scheduling, account and service updates, and — where you have agreed — related marketing and promotional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

These messages are sent only to people who contacted us and opted in. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Figgle Media does not share, sell, rent, or lease consumer personal information (including mobile phone numbers) to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or lead generation purposes. No mobile information or SMS opt-in consent will be shared with any third parties; text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with anyone. We do not engage in affiliate marketing, and we do not sell consumer leads. We share your number only with the messaging/telephone providers that help us deliver the messages you requested, solely for that purpose.

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy — to respond to you, deliver services, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. Lead and client records are kept for the life of the relationship and a reasonable period afterward. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Your Privacy Rights).

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. We do not sell your personal information for money.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at figglemedia@gmail.com. We’ll respond within a reasonable time and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common industry standard for how to respond, the Site does not currently respond to those signals. You can still use the opt-out tools listed above.

The Site may link to third-party websites and services (such as Google or our social profiles). We are not responsible for their privacy practices — please review their policies before sharing information with them.

The Site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as our tools or the law change. We’ll post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be highlighted on the Site.
